| I was referred to Scott and Precision Comfort by a friend, who first found out about them when he was in a pinch when his furnace broke down in the middle of winter. The friend told me that he had received several quotes from various heating & cooling companies, but that Scott was the best price and that the product he sold had great features.I had an old furnace I had been planning to replace myself for a while (it was loud, rattly, and inefficient), so I decided to give Scott a call.I was in the midst of remodeling my basement, so while I was at it, I consulted Scott about completely renewing the ductwork to create more headroom. Scott had great ideas about the ductwork. I had received two other quotes prior, and they both were higher priced and neither wanted to deal with my ductwork without charging a lot of money. Scott completed the furnace and ductwork for a great price, and I am very pleased with the system.I was so pleased that I contacted Scott again a couple of months later to have a new A/C system installed (the house never had central A/C). Again, Scott offered a great product at a great price, and I could not be happier.I highly recommend Precision Comfort for anyone needing heating and cooling work.
